Infinite Curvature

Description

Infinite Curvature is the main reward of the Escape Velocity event in the version 25.4. It currently has a very high damage output in automatic standards, making it a very cost-effective weapon considering that it can be obtained for free.

Appearance

Infinite Curvature appears to be a stabilizing device of small size. Its body is mostly dark cyan, with empty orange triangles on either side of the weapon. The weapon itself has two appendages, holding a wormhole in the place of the barrel. The wormhole has a space-like texture, and it looks like a stereotypical wormhole with a blue grid over a black background. Some dark energy, presumably dark matter, can be seen coming out of the muzzle.

Performance

Infinite Curvature is common rifle with slow, jump disabling and high damage. Its damage is higher than Street Cash, but fire rate is slower so it has lower dps.

Trivia

  • Starting from 25.0, most versions come with the next version's content already pre-loaded. However, due to 25.5 being the anniversary patch and the developers trying to keep the anniversary weapons a secret, this was the only weapon added in 25.4.
  • This weapon, as well as Space Courier, might be a tribute to International Day of Human Space Flight(April 12).
    • Both weapons were released in early April, and are space themed. Space Courier was only slightly related to the season, while Infinite Curvature is not related at all.
