Circus Cannon can't oneshot if you have at least 2 clan weapons, and burning tiara. Armor bonus for the win. 

Third Eye is a oneshot headshot. It's really steady, and op. Ok firerate, good capacity, 10x zoom, x ray, and armor bonus. It's really stable. Excally is pretty weak, i switched back to undertaker. Current setup is now: Undertaker, Reaper, DFS, Poseidon's Trident, Third Eye, and Fireball Spell.
