You can no longer unlock this gun after the 10.0 update, only for those who had the brutal headhunter and upgraded to the elephant hunter before this update, has it. However, one way to unlock it, is a method I have tried and still works. Find someone who has the elephant hunter, and let them kill you, then it should bring to a spawn page, showing who killed you, with the weapon and armor they used; in the upper left corner, it should show the gun they used, in this case, the elephant hunter, there is a buy button and a coin cost.
