I used to hate this weapon, but I no longer do. What I hate is ghost lantern spammers. I used the ghost lantern when it first came out, making me one of the first people to use it. The ghost lantern is more op than the storm hammer ever was. The only reason why countering the ghost lantern is possible is because of the low point gain from kills, as it cannot headshot. I use the storm hammer now as it's the only way to get good melee kills now. If you even try to melee kill, you just get hit with a ghost lantern. Unlike the storm hammer, I don't see the ghost lantern getting nerfed any time soon, as it would involve changing th entire combat system of the game all together, or making the ghost lantern 2 shot, making is unusable.
