The Rising Sun is a Sky & Weather introduced in the 13.1.0 (Christmas) update. It is also a Sky & Weather item in the Clan Fort.
Appearance
It appears to be a thick square with a rising sun and an orange sky.
Use
Craft
It is used to tremendously increase shooting accuracy.
Fort
It replaces the Cloudy Day with a rising sun.
Theme
Sunrise themed.
Trivia
Its name is a reference to Japan, which is called the "land of the Rising Sun".
