It appears to be a golden turret that is equipped with a shuriken dispenser on the top of it.

Use

This turret will launch a boomerang saw that flies through enemies.

Counters

• When fighting this enemy stay far away as the projectile has travel time, then proceed to strafe around the projectile.
• Hide away from it and pick it off from long range.
• Run away from the saw if possible.
