The Snow & Stones is an terrain in the Clan Fort introduced in the 13.0.0 update.
Appearance
It appears to be a cube block with winter-themed grass. Under it is some stone, and under the dirt presumably ice.
Use
It replaces the default Desert terrain with snow and stones.
