The Deadly Icicle is a Primary weapon introduced in the 24.0.0 update. It can be obtained in the Christmas Tree event.

Description

The Deadly Icicle is a Christmas-themed shotgun, it has 158/221 damage, 80 firerate, 6 capacity, and 65 mobility. It is 1 - 2 shots when maxed.

Appearance

It appears to be three candy canes frozen, with the tips of the ice on each candy cane being sharp and some of the warbles of the candy cane left unfrozen. The middle candy cane also appears to be bigger than the rest, while two of the candy canes are slanted, with their warble attached to the middle one. Each candy cane has a hole at the end, which basically means that's where the bullets come out from. It has a wreath at its back that has a red scarf tied to it with its hole being golden yellow releasing star particles with a floating blue gift above it. On the middle candy cane, it has a hanging yellow star below it and a snowflake above it, which is also snowing on that area. When reloading, the icicles on both the small candy canes gets melted, the blue gift goes into the hole of the wreath and the player replaces it with a new blue gift, the candy canes also gets frozen again.

Performance

When the fire button is pressed, it shoots light blue bullets with huge spread and instant travel time. It has lesser range than a normal shotgun. It also has a really fast fire rate and a whopping 15 ammo before you can reload meaning you can get kills easily while only having to reload at least once before dying. It has the Weakening () attribute that decreases enemy damage by 25%, although the effect is delayed, giving opponents a chance to kill you before the weakening applies. It has no delay mechanics.

Strategy

Tips

The Weakening () effect is very useful if you encounter with high damage weapon user.
Combine this weapon with high defense weapons and armor in order to greatly increase your survivability.
You can use it to Three Category Spam as it has no fixed delay. However, do not immediately swap to and from weapons associated with Three Category Spam after using this shotgun, as it gives them both input and output delay.
You can also spam it normally, since it boasts incredible damage for a high fire rate shotgun. It has even dethrone Rune Buster in terms of spamming shotguns.
Combine this with the Royal Guardian gadget to make the be almost obsolete.

Counters

Keep a safe distance from the user.
Kill the user quickly before taking any hits.
Rocket jump against its users to avoid attacks.
Use the Last Word module combination if you are near its users.
Use the weapon sets to either minimize or shut down its weakening effects.
Use another weapon with the attribute to counter its user.
Use any transform weapons such as Pew Blaster, Error Generator, etc.
Use Leader's Best Friend as its and has a chance to out-damage them.

Bring a high mobility weapon (such as Double Cashback) or weapons (such as Pulling Sucker Gun) since the gun mobility isn't the best.
It fits perfectly into both casual and Three Category Spam loadouts, so you can use it in both playstyles if you want to.

Trivia

The event in which this gun was released had a bug in which when the player enters the event, this gun was already claimed without spending the Toy Currency, and clicking it gave the weapon to player for absolutely nothing. This bug was confirmed to be removed within hours of the Event release.
There was a rumor that this bug only worked on android, however, this has been proven false as Youtuber Kiiisha, who plays on an iPad, got the weapon for free.
It has the highest damage relative to its fire rate.
