The Pyramid Head Minion is a common enemy in the single-player Campaign mode map School.

Appearance
The Pyramid Head Minion appears to be a muscular man with no shirt, a dark grey helmet, and tan, bloodstained pants. It looks like the Pyramid Head boss in "School". Pyramid Head Minion makes the same sounds as the Demon Walker when hit or killed.
Behavior
This monster will run at you, arms constantly at its side. When close enough, it will lean towards you, dealing damage.
Tips
- Always attack this monster at a distance, as it will deal damage if you get too close.
- If you are experienced, you can attract a large group of these monsters, then eliminate them with a single shot from a Heavy weapon.
- Rocket jump onto a tree or other obstacle where they cannot attack you.
- Use a weapon with the Shield attribute, such as the Sly Wolf, to render their attacks useless.

- It is possible for this monster to push you outside the map from certain rooms. However, you will fall and die once outside the map.
