Domination is a cosmetic feature introduced in the 2.2.0 update. It shows how dominating a player is against another.
Appearances
There are 3 icons:
- The icon of owning a player is a head with a malicious face. The upper part of the head is dark red, and the lower part is beige. It also has malicious-shaped eyes, and the eye color is red, making it look evil. It also smiles in a malicious way.
- The icon of dominating a player is not different from the previous icon. The only difference is that is looks even more malicious.
- The icon of totally dominating a player is not different from the 2 previous icons. However, it does get a couple of changes. Its jaw looks similar to a vampire's jaw, and it has large satanic horns.
Dominations
Dominations are just cosmetic because they do not add any points, yet, they do indicate that you got more kills than your opponent. If you got:
- 1 to 3 kills more than your opponent's kills on you, you kill them "softly".
- 4 to 6 kills more than your opponent's kills on you, you kill them "hard".
- 7 to 9 kills more than your opponent's kills on you, you own them. This will be shown publicly, on the top left corner of the screen, that [USERNAME] owns [USERNAME].
- 10 to 19 kills more than your opponent's kills on you, you dominate over them. This will be shown publicly, on the top left corner of the screen, that [USERNAME] dominates over [USERNAME].
- 20+ kills more than your opponent's kills on you, you totally dominate over them. This will be shown publicly, on the top left corner of the screen, that [USERNAME] totally dominates over [USERNAME].
Trivia
- The "[USERNAME] killed you softly" and "[USERNAME] killed you hard" sentences have no icons of a malicious head.
- It has been introduced in the 2.2.0 update.
- The "[USERNAME] killed you softly" and "[USERNAME] killed you hard" sentences do not appear on the top left corner of the screen in a match. They only appear in a KillCam.
- However, the 3 other domination types appear both in public and in a player's KillCam.
