Description
Hunting Signs is a Backup weapon added in the 23.1.0 update. It was obtained via the Trader's Van.
Hunting Signs has decent damage, a fast firerate, good capacity, and high mobility. it is a 2-3 shot when maxed.
Appearance
A black and grey dagger, with the tip shattered into numerous pieces, and floating around (Similar to the Runic Sentinel) that continuously changes colour. The hilt has an elongated hilt guard, with two rings on each end, and a wolf head sigil centred around a plate, that also has these colour swapping properties. Above the blade is a crosshairs of sorts in the form of strange emblems that switch often, including the colours. And the handle has more of those rings wrapped around, and one hanging below.
An orange laser will fly out of the shattered section when firing Hunting Signs, your character then takes out the wolf sigil, and the fragments hovering around the blade will fall. The character then replaces the sigil, and the fragments reappear.
Performance
The weapon hits hard, and can easily decimate enemies in a one-on-one battle. However, any more than that can find you in a delicate situation. The damage is impressive, though it looks to be rather low, this isn't including the fast fire rate, and 
. These two combined can destroy enemies in no time, these effects 
, 
and 
can actually stack, meaning one could have more than one effect at a time. This extreme gradual damage can easily pick off an enemy, who's health would already be low from the prior incursion.
Strategy
- Make sure to focus on one enemy at a time.
Tips
- Aim for the head to maximize damage.
- If you are killed by someone and inflicted heavy damage, leave them, as they'll most likely die from the .
- Do not get into a scuffle against more than 1 enemy as you can be quickly swarmed, and picked off.
Counters
- Use cover to evade the lasers.
- Try to ambush them, as they don't have the power to properly respond.
- Overwhelm the user with a more powerful weapon.

Equipment Setups
While Hunting Signs can excel in most ranges, it'll struggle against exceptionally far enemies. Take a sniper.
