Description
The Party Sniper Rifle, commonly abbreviated as the PSR by its initials, is a Sniper weapon introduced in the 24.4.0 update.
Appearance
It is a party-themed sniper rifle seemingly based off of a speaker system with animated music and neon elements. When reloading, a casette tape is taken out of the radio and a new one is put back in. It shoots a blue laser that bounces off walls.
Performance
It deals high damage, which is capable of being a 1-2 shot kill at Mythical, along with a decently high fire rate of 76, an average capacity of 6, and a low mobility of 55. When the firing button is pressed, the bow shoots out a hit scan laser that can be seen by opponents. It will ricochet off walls whenever possible up to four times. Moreover, this sniper possesses a 10x 
that allows the user to fight at long ranges.
It gives delay on some weapons that are associated with Three Category Spam like the Thunderer and the Reflector. It also receives a delay if those weapons were shot, then quickly switched to this weapon.
Strategy
Tips
- This weapon can be used with some weapon combinations for Three Category Spam, although it doesn't work with every weapon combination, due to input and output delay.
- Land headshots to maximize damage per shot.
- To shorten the worker further, it is recommended to wear Burning Tiara, Hunter's Altar, max Sniper Cape, Halloween Mask and a high level Elemental module.
- Use it like the Comet, the Laser Bow, and the Anniversity Anti-Champion Rifle since the Party Sniper rifle functions similarly to all of these weapons.
- To take full advantage of the richochet ability, use the Party Sniper Rifle in hallways since the laser can richochet up to 4 times.
Counters
- You can counter this sniper by strafing while holding out your Melee for the high mobility.
- Stay out of corridors or cramped areas since the richochet ability can reach you.
- Use a weapon with the blinding effect to incapacitate the user.
- Try to get in close range and kill them quickly because the weapon is deadly but you may be able to panic the user by getting in their face.
