The Antidote Missile Launcher is a Heavy weapon added in the 21.9.0 update. It was obtained by reaching Tier 20 in the Antidote Season Pixel Pass.

Appearance
The Antidote Missile Launcher appears to be a shoulder-held rocket launcher, with 3 "antidote missiles" in the front, and 6 near the back, presumably the reserve ammo. Near the reserve ammo, a little explosion decal with the text "BANG" can be seen. There is also the face of a pig near the front of the weapon, presumably the Support Piglet pet. The upper part of the weapon is mostly white, while the lower possesses a blue, purple, and gray color scheme. The shoulder hold and the grip are pink, with the grip possessing a golden knob, presumably the trigger.
When reloading, the player will take the weapon off their shoulder, load 3 new missiles into the barrel, and puts the weapon back onto the shoulder. This reloading animation takes around 3.5-4 seconds to complete.
